HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
We do email the customer once we dispatch your shipment. Generally it takes 24 to 48 hrs to dispatch the shipment.
HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO DELIVER MY SHIPMENT AFTER DISPATCH?
We do dispatch the orders within 24hrs to 48 hrs. Also we have the best shipping partners to deliver it. Approximate duration of delivery is Minimum 3 days to Maximum 7 days for pan India.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MODIFY MY ORDER?
You can modify your order within 24 hrs and before we dispatch the order.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Yes. You can change your address within 24 hrs and before we dispatch the order.
HOW MUCH IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?
We have a warranty of one year on production malfunctions. This covers production and design flaws. Corrosion and deterioration caused by material fatigue after extended use is not covered by the warranty. Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect, while not covered under this warranty, may be repairable for a reasonable fee.
CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Yes. You can return the product within 15 days from the delivery date.
WHAT IS THE ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Product Should be Unused, with original hang tag & components which you received in shipment.

2.Provide us the photographs of the backpack.
3.Pack and seal the product in it’s original packing.
4.Returns are free. We will arrange the pickup at our own cost after raising return request.
